There were 90 closed sales across Waxhaw in July 2022. The average sales price was $808,831, an increase of 22.4% from July 2021. On average, they sold for 100.9% of list price, representing a 2.3% decrease since last year.
Listed
In July 2022, 144 homes across Waxhaw were listed with an average list price of $735,424, an increase of 18.6% since the same time last year. On average, these homes are seeing 10 days on market until an accepted contract.
Inventory
Although the market has changed in the last few months, we remain in a sellers’ market with Waxhaw sitting at 1.2 months of inventory. This is up 71.4% since last year, but still far from the 3 months necessary to be truly balanced.
